Payments & Subscriptions

Our payment terms are straightforward:

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Payments are processed securely through Creem.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Blink Approval to:

  • Upload illegal content
  • Spam or harassment
  • Distribute malware
  • Scrape or data mine
  • Impersonate others
  • Violate intellectual property

Limitations of Liability

Blink Approval is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data or content
  • Business interruption or lost profits
  • Third-party service failures

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County. By using Blink Approval, you consent to this jurisdiction.
