Cancellations vs Refunds
Cancellation: Stop future charges. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Refund: Money back for a payment already made. Only available within 14 days of the charge.
Tip: If you just want to stop future payments, cancel your subscription instead of requesting a refund. You will keep access until the period ends.
