Learn how to use Blink Approval effectively

Quick Start

Get up and running in 5 minutes

1. Create your account

Sign up at blinkapproval.com with your email or Google account. No credit card required for the 7-day trial.

2. Add your first client

Navigate to the Clients section and click "New Client". Enter their name and email address. This creates their profile for future submissions.

3. Create a submission

Click "New Submission" and write your content. You can use our rich text editor or paste content from anywhere. Add attachments like images or PDFs if needed.

4. Send for approval

Select your client and click "Send for Approval". They'll receive a secure portal link via email that keeps working until you explicitly rotate or revoke it.

5. Track in real-time

Watch as clients view, review, and approve your work. Get instant notifications when status changes.
